The process was very easy and communication was terrific! Piper was responsive and great to work with. I appreciated her help, particularly as we were traveling from out of state and had little to no time to gather up last minute supplies for the weekend. OAK has used Tourney Gear for two ultimate frisbee tournaments—Emerald City Challenge in Seattle, WA, in March 2025 and Youth Club Championships (YCC) in Aurora, CO, in August 2025. We rented shade tents, folding tables, coolers, folding wagons, and buckets to ice cooling towels. At both tournaments, OAK took multiple teams, and Piper was incredibly organized and responsive in helping us figure out what equipment would be needed for each team. She also helped us coordinate drop-offs and pick-ups for different volunteer contacts for each team. Tourney Gear’s pricing is fair, and the equipment is top-notch. Our parent volunteers specifically commented on the user friendliness of the tents, tables, and folding wagons. Renting the equipment on-site relieves a burden from our parent volunteers and coaches, who no longer need to worry about checking coolers and tents at the airport—especially now that checked luggage is so expensive on most airlines. We look forward to using Tourney Gear at all our travel tournaments!
